If something is not right, we want to fix it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the shoes are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags on. Just email us at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number and we will take it from there. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Most orders land within 7 to 12 business days. We take 2 to 3 days to pack and send it off, then it's 5 to 9 days in transit. You'll get tracking details by email so you're never left wondering.

We ship to all 50 states across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

A flat rate of $6.99 applies to every order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us at contact@marcovianna.com as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once it's on its way we can't make changes, so the sooner you catch it the better.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and there are no restocking fees. To start a return, email us at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Only if your order hasn't yet been packed. Email us as soon as possible at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you'll need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
