Shipping policy

At Marco Vianna, every order is handled with care and dispatched promptly so your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times 

Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch. Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 7 to 12 business days.

Order Cutoff Time

 Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, over the weekend, or on a public holiday will be picked up for processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Costs 

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders.

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to the United States only.

Carriers 

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service used will be determined based on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can follow your shipment at any time through our "Track My Order" page.

Delays 

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, however occasional delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, high seasonal demand, or other factors outside of our control. If your order is significantly affected, we will reach out to you as soon as we are made aware.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses 

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will get in touch to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we suggest checking with other household members, neighbours, or your local carrier office first. If the parcel still cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at contact@marcovianna.com. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.
