Refund policy
At Marco Vianna, your satisfaction is something we take seriously. If for any reason your order isn't quite right, our return process is straightforward and hassle-free.
Return Window & Conditions We accept returns up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact and packaging undisturbed. Please include a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) with your return. Any return submitted after the 30-day period or that does not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return Simply send us an email at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Once your return is approved, you'll receive detailed instructions and a return address. Please make sure your item is packed securely before shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Shipping Costs & Fees Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. No restocking or handling fees will be charged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll look into it promptly and find the best resolution for you, whether that's a refund, replacement, or another suitable option.
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size, colour, or style, return your original item and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us immediately at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been prepared for dispatch. Once it's been packed or shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please wait for delivery and use our standard return process.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may require up to 7 additional business days to reflect the amount. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, don't hesitate to reach out.
