Products and Availability

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of a product. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on the Site are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your order has been dispatched.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse for packing. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States only. A flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD applies to all orders. Processing times, delivery estimates, and further details are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for full details on eligibility, the return process, and refund timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, and software, is the property of Marco Vianna or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
